Stocktake Saturday 7

Welcome to Stocktake Saturday! This feature is where I share some bookish news with you and then show you all the bookish goodies I got over the week.

As usual, we will start with the new cover releases from the past week. The New Moon graphic novel (Volume 1) cover was released recently, and I think they bring Jacob to life really well in it! New covers were also released for Shadows in the Silence by Courtney Allison Moulton (Angelfire #3), Mind Games by Kiersten White (a whole new series!), Tiger’s Destiny by Colleen Houck and Soul Screamers Volume 2 by Rachel Vincent.

The title of the sequel to Avery Williams’ The Alchemy of Forever has also been released: The Impossibility of Tomorrow, and now we all wait for the cover reveal! Also, with the release of Richelle Mead’s The Golden Lily, she has been given the go ahead to tell us the name of her third Bloodlines book: The Indigo Spell, releasing 12th February 2013 in the US and Australia (and presumably the same date will go for most international editions too).

This week I received the following titles for review (links to Goodreads):

And I bought only one book – Rapture by Lauren Kate, which I have already reviewed.

If you missed any reviews this week here they are (links to reviews):

Last week I read five books but bought two, which according to my Read Three, Buy One scheme, meant that I had to read an extra book this week to make up for it. Since I read four books this week but only bought one, I am now all squared off. 🙂

That’s the end of my book haul for the week. I hope you have some goodies to share as well, leave your links below and I’ll be sure to visit.

Happy Reading!
